Must be doing something right...

Last night as I tucked Lou into bed the following conversation took place....

Lou: I really like Bennett.

Me: Is he a new best friend at school?

Lou: Yup - he's my...uh....second best friend. Jacob is my third now (a former apparent second status best friend).

Me: Who's your first?

Lou: Dee.

Warms the cold cockles of my heart.
